After finishing the first training, I challenged one church to do a seed project addressing the most vulnerable, but reminded them that it should be a simple thing. The church members decided to fill a water pond that is no longer used. Children were getting waterborne diseases from swimming in it, and it bred mosquitoes.

Five young people, the village president and I (the TCT trainer) came out with our shovels to fill up that water pond. When they saw what we were doing, many people from the community came and joined us, and together we finished in one day. When the youth heard words of thanks and praise from the community, they realized the effectiveness and impact of a simple Act of Love.
