Celeste Brown
Celeste Brown is first and foremost a follower of Jesus. From a young age she has felt a calling to international ministry. She worked with Food for the Hungry (FH) for seventeen years. Much of that time was spent internationally—as International Staff in Bolivia, Country Director of Haiti, and assisting the Regional Director for Latin America and the Caribbean. Celeste holds a BA in International Culture and Economy and an MBA in International Development.
Ian Williams
Ian Williams
Ian is from New Zealand where he now lives with his wife Elaine, their three children, and six grandchildren. Called to cross-cultural mission soon after this conversion at 15 years old, Ian has ordered his life to fulfil God‘s calling. Along with Elaine and their children, the Williams spent 10 years living and working in wholistic ministry among the urban poor of Metro Manila, Philippines. Ian and Elaine are currently farming a small piece of land just out of Hamilton New Zealand and are leaders in their church. Ian holds a degree in Agricultural Science and an MBA in development management.
Graham Wilson
Graham Wilson
Graham lives in New Zealand and is married to Lynda his wife of 52 years. He has four children, 7 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. He has been in various forms of church leadership for the past 50 years, loves Jesus and is passionate about world mission. He has a background in counselling and currently does professional supervision with folks involved in ministry.
Anna Ho
Anna Ho
Anna, together with her husband Nam are the co-founders of Reconciled World. Originally from New Zealand, Anna has lived and worked in Asia since 1995. Anna joined Food for the Hungry in 1996, working with them until 2013. Nam and Anna were married in 2001. In 2004 Anna started a program, Truth Centered Transformation, to see if people could really move out of poverty as they understood and applied biblical truth. The results were beyond anything they ever imagined, with hundreds of communities moving out of poverty. In 2013, Nam and Anna followed God’s leading to launch Reconciled World. Anna is the Executive Director of Reconciled World. She is based in Asia, but spends at least half the year traveling the world.
Enrique Pinedo
Enrique Pinedo
Enrique has served with Compassion International for nearly 35 years in a variety of leadership roles, including Peru National Director, Associate Director of Programs for South America, Director of Child Advocacy for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), and currently as Global Senior Program Support Advisor.

He has extensive experience collaborating with networks and movements focused on children and social development. Enrique served for eight years as President of the Latin American Movement Together with Children and Youth, was Global Coordinator of the Children’s Thematic Forum within the Micah Network and contributed to the Lausanne Movement through its Commission for Children at Risk and Global Mental Health Task Group.

Enrique holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources, a specialization in Family & Children, and a master’s degree in Religious Studies with a focus on Missiology. He has also completed postgraduate studies in Leadership and Human Development and is an active member of the Latin American Theological Fellowship.

Enrique and his wife, Miriam, are ordained ministers and serve as lay pastors in the Family Ministry at the Church of All Nations, Assemblies of God, in Florida, USA. Originally from Peru, they have been married for 34 years and are the proud parents of four children: Jemima, Cesia, Jonathan, and David.

Peter Smith
Peter Smith
Peter currently serves as the Treasurer of the board for Reconciled World. His 20+ year background spans financial operations, project management and global business. Peter has significant experience working in cross-cultural settings. In the years he spent living in countries throughout Asia, Peter gained a deep understanding of the relational, business, and process issues involved in working globally. He holds an MBA from DePaul University, a BA in Business/Economics from Wheaton College, and a Certificate of Applied Linguistics from Dallas International University. In his free time, Peter likes to spend time with his family, go running and hiking, travel and play strategy games.
