God is infinite and we are finite, and there will always be things that finite humanity does not know about our infinitely, almighty God. But in His grace, God invites His followers to search the Scriptures daily to learn and discover God’s character and ways. In doing so the deeper things of God are revealed and we grow in grace, mature in the faith, receive His goodness and discover the beautiful and powerful mysteries of God hidden in the Word of Truth.

The mystery of God is a gift that invites us, humbles us and provokes us towards awe in the Lord.

Read Psalm 131:1-3. Use this verse to help you reflect on the secret things that belong to the Lord.
Action Point:
Be intentional one day this week to spend 30 minutes studying the Bible. Start by taking 10 minutes to pray and ask God for revelation. Then spend 20 minutes studying a few verses or a passage of scripture. What is God revealing to you about His character and ways?
